Our mission

Make modular construction more dependable.

The Mod Shop exists to turn strong modular platforms into useful, finished spaces without compromising the details that determine how a unit performs over time.

We start with the application, site, people, equipment, and operating conditions. From there, we coordinate structure, openings, systems, materials, finishes, and delivery into one practical build plan. The goal is straightforward: provide a unit that is well built, fit for its purpose, and built to last.
